Follow the care instructions for crepe viscose:
Crepe viscose may only be washed at a maximum of 30 degrees! As viscose is made of cellulose, it becomes hard and shrinks when washed. Don't worry. Simply iron the slightly damp fabric on a low heat setting (level 2). The fibers will expand again and become very soft again.
