Within Germany
We pay the return shipping costs. Send us an email and we will send you the label. Print it out, put it on the parcel and hand it in at the nearest DHL station. Send the goods back to us within 14 days after receiving your order.
Attention
The garments must be unused and clean. All original hang tags have to be attached and mustn’t be removed.
Please make sure to try the item in a fragance-free environment. No smoke, parfum or deodorant should remain in the garment. If used and broken, we will send the order back and you won’t get a refund.
Exchange
Unfortunately, we can’t make direct exchanges. You can contact us, send back the item and order it anew.
Processing Time
Any funds due should appear on your account within 10 days.
Refund
Any refunds will get credited on the account you’ve paid with.
