Would you like to return one or more items? No problem!

Within Germany we assume the return costs.
Send us an email and we will send you the label. Print it out, attach it to the package and hand it in at the nearest DHL station.
Send the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note
The goods must be clean and unworn. Original signs and labels may not be removed.
Make sure that perfume, deodorant, make-up or cigarette smoke do not get into the clothes.
In the case of items that have already been used or are damaged, we reserve the right to send the shipment back to you. In this case there will be no refund.

Exchange
A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. You have the option to re-order the item you want at any time.

Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days from the date the return was sent.

Refund
The refund will be made to the account used to pay for the order.
